6. AI Disclaimer

The AI companions on Elioy.ai are not real people. They do not have feelings, consciousness, or the ability to form genuine relationships. Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. Elioy.ai is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis helpline.

7. Intellectual Property

The Elioy.ai brand, characters, designs, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to Elioy.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Content generated during your conversations may be used by us in anonymized form to improve the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
